Well we made it home in time to prep for hurricane Irma.  The boats are all tide down and all the outdoor furniture is put away.  We left the island yesterday and we are in Greensboro waiting out the storm.  Hope for the best.  I hope to have time to edit the pics this week…

We are back on the train today. We leave from Portland and head to Sacremento overnight. We have a sleeper car which makes the trip much better. We change trains in Sacremento and head for Reno. This should be a very senic part of the trip as we go through the Donner pass.
